By using Butterfly Flights ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. The Service is operated by Ostira, LLC. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
Butterfly Flights is a flight price search and monitoring service. You can search for flight prices between airports, set up price alerts to track routes over time, and receive email notifications when prices change. Pro subscribers get additional features including more frequent price checks, interactive booking, and expanded search windows.
Prices shown on Butterfly Flights are estimates and may not reflect the exact fare available at the time of booking. Flight prices change constantly based on demand, availability, and airline pricing systems. We pull price data from third-party sources and there may be a delay between when we check prices and when you see them.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any price information. Always verify the final price directly with the airline or booking platform before purchasing. Butterfly Flights is not a travel agency and does not sell tickets.
A price shown in a search result or alert does not guarantee that a seat is available at that price. Fares may sell out, change, or be subject to restrictions that are not reflected in our data. We are not responsible if a fare is no longer available when you attempt to book.
You may use Butterfly Flights as a guest (with limited features) or create an account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Guest alerts are associated with your email address and IP address.
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You can cancel at any time through your account settings; your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period.

The Butterfly Flights name, logo, and website content are owned by Ostira, LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute our content without permission. Flight price data is sourced from third parties and is subject to their terms.
Butterfly Flights is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ostira, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to losses from missed deals, inaccurate price data, or service interruptions.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold Ostira, LLC harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post a notice on our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.
